Product Owner

• Analyze the market, competitors, and customer needs to define product strategy and key development directions.
• Create and manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure their execution by the development team.
• Ensure transparency and effective communication with all stakeholders: customers, management, and the development team.
• Plan and coordinate product releases based on priorities and user feedback.
• Organize testing of new features, gather feedback, and use it to improve the product.
• Participate in task planning and effort estimation, supporting the development team.
• Analyze the financial performance of the product, including ROI, costs, and profitability.

Additional:

• Experience working in telecom projects related to SMS delivery and integration with providers.
• In-depth understanding of SMS gateway solutions, including work with various SMS gateways (SMPP, HTTP API, etc.).
• Participation in building web interfaces, dashboards, and user portals from scratch for internal and external use.
• Collaboration with technical and business teams on integrations, monitoring interfaces, billing, routing, and SMS traffic analytics.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Product Manager, Product Owner, etc.).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong data analysis skills, including market research, competitor evaluation, and identifying user needs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to inspire and motivate the team to achieve shared goals.
• Experience in prioritizing product features and opportunities based on business objectives and user needs.
• Proficiency in collecting feedback, conducting A/B testing, and iteratively improving the product.
• Flexible mindset and ability to adapt quickly to change and new challenges.
