Responsibilities

Requirements Management

  • Gather and refine feature requirements and use cases from the Product Manager
  • Break down use cases into Jira issues (Epics/Stories/Tasks) with technical context (detailed specs provided by the Team Lead)
  • Define clear Acceptance Criteria for each task in collaboration with the QA team

    Team Coordination and Sprint Planning

  • Plan and structure sprints based on priorities
  • Advise the Product Manager on task timelines and development risks during roadmap planning
  • Keep the backlog continuously updated to reflect changing priorities and new information

    Team Synchronization and Communication

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Ensure development team transparency through regular status reports
  • Organize and facilitate meetings between development and other teams (QA, analysts, etc.) to resolve cross-functional or technical issues, in coordination with the PM

    Project Management

  • Maintain project-related documentation in collaboration with the Team Lead
  • Track task status, manage risks, and promptly resolve blockers
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tasks, jointly with the Team Lead

    Bridge Between Business and Development

  • Translate business goals and strategies from the Product Manager into actionable and understandable development tasks
  • Participate in technical discussions with the team to ensure business needs are met
  • Make sure the development team understands the purpose and use of the functionality being built

Requirements

Experience and Knowledge

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar roles in IT
  • Proven success in launching and scaling products, optimizing processes, and reducing development costs and timelines
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams
  • Proficiency with project/task management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or equivalents)

    Leadership Skills

  • Ability to structure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience managing development teams and facilitating productive meetings
  • Familiarity with technical documentation
  • Flexibility to adjust tactics quickly in response to strategy changes

    Communication

  • Ability to clearly communicate business requirements to the development team
  • Skilled at navigating communication between diverse stakeholders (business, developers, QA)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire, unite, and motivate teams to achieve shared goals
  • Competence in conflict resolution and negotiation

    Technical Competence

  • Basic understanding of software and web product development (PHP, Go stack)
  • Ability to discuss technical constraints and solution options with the development team
