
Operations Manager (Corporate Manager)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams to create a comprehensive framework that aligns with company objectives and client requirements.
- Oversee on-site operations to ensure that all operational processes are being followed, including ensuring timely and compliant execution of tasks.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Development and optimization standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and consistency across all operations.
- Lead efforts to identify risks within operations and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and progress.
Requirements
- Experience in operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Understanding of contract management, payment processes, and financial documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with developments teams, deploys departments, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and process-building skills.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and compliance.
