Business System Analyst

Responsibilities
- AS-IS Product Documentation: Document existing business processes and analyze current use cases of the Slimlink service to identify areas for improvement.
- Market Analysis: Research competitor offerings and identify valuable ideas that can be applied to our product.
- Security: Monitor and analyze whether current solutions meet high standards of security and user data protection.
- Product Development: Propose ideas to improve Slimlink, considering user needs, current trends, and security requirements.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT as a Business Analyst
- Strong professional interest at the intersection of technology, analytics, and business
- Strong analytical skills with a constant drive to improve processes
- Proactive critical thinking, adaptability in solving new business challenges, and the ability to propose effective ideas
- Ability to identify new opportunities and take a creative approach to implementing them
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and the software development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Solid knowledge of business process modeling principles and experience with relevant notations (BPMN/UML)
- Experience as a Systems Analyst is a plus
